[cvsnt] cvs checkout: cannot open CVS/Entries for reading: No such file or directory

Hi Experts,

 

 

I installed CVSNT and when I tried to check out a from cvs i am getting
the below error

Could someone help me out

cvs checkout: cannot open CVS/Entries for reading: No such file or
