[cvsnt] Regarding filenames in CVSNT

Thanks for the definitive answer, Tony. 

(This all stems from a discussion with users asking to be able to use spaces in
filenames - it looks like the client side tools allow this, CVSNT allows it,
all of the scripts allow it, and all of the other tools allow it, so I think
I'm set. I knew about the ":" but I had no idea of the CON/LPT names - thanks.)
