[cvsnt] cvs init problem

The error is corrrect.  You need to specify a (relative) root to the 
init command with -r.

Personally I'd forget about remote init.  Apart from the security issues 
of people being able to create repositories on a remote machine, it's 
difficult to get working correctly anyway.
