[cvsnt] CVSNT slow response with multiple users

NOD32 works ok if you disable it's IMON - Internet Monitor.
Optionally the repository folder could be excluded from AMON just to
save some CPU cycles - it does break CVSNT if do not exclude
repository from access scanning.
