CVSNT 2.5.04 (Zen) Build 2967

* 5153  rename commit does not activate server / no .directory_history
* 5154  When a changed file is committed with a renamed flie, 
.directory_history is not created
* 5155  after file renamed, retrieve file using tag, wrong filename is 
retrieved
