Hi,

You can use newer cvsnt version - they are backwards compatible.
I had successfully converted one of the projects recently with the command:

python cvs2svn -s SVN_REPO_PATH --username=alex --use-rcs
--encoding=cp1251 --co=C:\Util\cvsnt\co.exe
--svnadmin=SVN_INSTALL_PATH\svnadmin.exe
--sort=C:\Util\Tools\gnu-sort.exe CVS_REPO_PATH

The repository was accessed locally, so no need to install CVSNT
server, just unpack it.
