[cvsnt] delete particular revision

hi all,
i want to delete a particular revision from a module.
for example:
Say file has current revision of 1.4. And i want delete revision 1.3. Is it
possible.

i tried these command
cvs admin -o 1.3 Module

i got error

cvs admin: in directory .:
cvs [admin aborted]: CVS directory without administration files present.
Cannot continue until this directory is deleted or renamed.

can anybody help me out off this
