Not recommended at all.  You can't just take a revision out,
you need to recalculate the deltas so that the final file makes
sense.  Plus there are things like branches to consider.

admin -o works, mostly, but has been known fail simply because it's a 
nontrivial thing to do (the transition points between -kB and -kb are 
particularly messy).  That's why we recommend a full backup before 
trying it.
