[cvsnt] cvsnt server on Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard

I have Firewall settings in the Security window of System Preferences set to
allow all incoming connections. I still get the same connection refused
message from both the command line and the MacCvsX application.

I think you're running into Leopard's new application firewall. You
should check into its on-line help on how to enable applications for
access.
