[cvsnt] cvs delete branches

Deleting branches is NOT recommended.  

Upgrade to 2.5.04 since it is faster with large numbers of branches
thanks to a user submitted patch.

Try and look at your process and see if you can use bugid's/user defined
change sets instead of branches.
