[cvsnt] Bug in CVSNT handling binary files?

I'm not sure what the -kk option does to binary files, but it seems to me
that it may override the -kb option they have set, only for the merge. If
this is correct, this is not what you want and would explain the corruption
you're seeing. Maybe try the command without the -kk option.
