[cvsnt] CVSNT - Error-SSL connection failed (-1): error:1408F10B:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_RECORD

Hi All,

 

I am getting this error when I tired to connect to CVS after creating
the users.

I refeered these links for installation

My Server - Windows XP  Server

Concurrent Versions System (CVSNT) 2.5.03 (Scorpio) Build 2382
(client/server)

 

Note: I cannot edit the firewall settings, because of group policy
restrictions ..

In the exception  I added TCP/2401 port etc etc .. as described

 

 

Hope some one will help me out .. It is very urgent for me
