[cvsnt] Using bugid with WinCVS

All I need to do now if figure out how to build it.

Is there any documentation of how March-Hare use branches and tags.

I assume if I checkout CVSNT_2_5_04_3236 I will get a build of the
distributed binaries. How do I get the recent keywords fix and the bugid
in comment support?
