[cvsnt] How to merge the file from the branch to HEAD with Wincvs client ?

In my case, the file was added only in a particular branch, and not at the 
HEAD.

I want now this file appears in the HEAD.

Gerhard suggests me that :
Merge the file from the branch to HEAD.

This file doesn't exist in the HEAD.

How to merge from my particular branch to the HEAD ?
