[cvsnt] Setup hangs on Windows XP

Hi All,

 

I have downloaded the version of WinCvs2_0_2-4,on a my restaged Windows
XP machine. This includes 2 major setup files 

wincvs_setup and cvsnt_setup. The WinCVS GUI setup proceeds
successfully, when it launch the CVSNT setup program, it hangs forever.

I am referring following steps to setup cvs.

The setup hangs after step 20) as listed in above document.

20. Review the installation options and use the 'Back' button to fix any
mistakes. Then, click on the 'Install' button.
