[cvsnt] Some doubts configuring my CVSNT server

Hello rohit,

Thanks but unfortunately I followed that guide, too, and nothing new
happened. I'm desperate I can't keep working sharing the files without a
CVS, also I'm trying SVN but similar problems are present.
