[cvsnt] cvsnt and evs wiki

The CVSNT wiki is now gone (as Tony previously explained), and the
evscm.org site hosts the wiki for both CVSNT 2.x and CVSNT 3.x (EVS).

If you want to assist by re-writing documentaion for the new wiki please
create yourself a wiki login at evscm.org and then request write access
here by posting to the newsgroup with a relavent subject and listing
your userid.

The actual cvsnt.org web site still exists, so the newsgroup, download,
manual and archive links are still there.
