[cvsnt] info.dll - trust verification failed

Hello,
a supplier is using our repository via cytrix. Recently he started go get the following message:

Executable file 'D:\cvsnt\triggers\info.dll' trust verification failed - executable image not signed

He is unable to perform CVS operations. What does this message mean? Is there a workaround for this behaviour?
