[cvsnt] Behaviour of "update -P -d"

Hi All,
I was wondering about the behaviour of "update -P -d". As far as I see it,
the -P (prune empty directories) should be "stronger" than -d (create
missing directories). Otherwise, if I specify -d to get new directories that
were added, I get a lot of junk directories with them (read: old directories
that no longer have files in them).
My question: Am I totally off here? Does anybody else agree that the current
behavior of -P -d (creates empty directories) is buggy or at the very least
should be controllable?
I apologize if this has been addressed in any build past 1.11.1.3/57k (which
is the build I use). It would be very expensive for me to upgrade our entire
CVS system just to see if this minor issue has been addressed ;)
Cheers,
-Oz
