[cvsnt] Unix binaries

Built and run the unix version. Only tried running it as a local repo.

My questions are, do you have to use the lockservice on Unix, or can you use standard CVS remote access methods?
Also, how heavily tested is this on unix? Does anyone on the list have a major installation of CVSNT on unix?
