[cvsnt] Yet another question on mergepoints

OK,

I think is the last one... :)

If I want mergepoints to work, can I use SmartCVS AT ALL?
Or can I get away with just doing the cvs update -j and the subsequent
cvs commit with command line CVSNT and everything else with SmartCVS?
