[cvsnt] Spaces in File and Folder names.

For the limited use to which we put CVSNT (no hooks, audit or anything
fancy) I've had no problems - several of our users routinely check in
files with spaces in the names.  But I stress that we use a small subset
of CVSNT's functionality!
