[cvsnt] Templates in RCSInfo

I was wondering if you have different patch branches for instance: 2.3
or 2.3.1, can you make separate templates for each of the checked out
patch modules, so that if you do a commit on the 2.3 branch it will
prefil into the commit box the PATCH_BRANCHE, and if its for the head it
will not fill in anything. Below is the template I have set up now
