[cvsnt] CVSNT Control Panel not working

Yes, I tried all kind of installers, available,
and installed all versions available.
Only 2.0.51d had a working control panel.
Trust me, there are no permission problems.

Dangerous? Don't joke with me :)
It worked fine for hundreds of programs, except for CVSNT.
