[cvsnt] cvs server: 'group' not allowed in checkoutlist

Hi,

I'm trying to configure Bo Berglund's CVSMailer, and trying to use the
group features he documents. I've added a file CVSROOT/group, and added
the group file to checkoutlist. But CVSNT updates the admin databases, I
get the following:

cvs server: Rebuilding administrative file database
cvs server: 'group' not valid in checkoutlist - skipping

Why is CVSNT skipping the group file? It has no problems checking out
the users file.

Output of 'cvs version':
