[cvsnt] Using bugid with WinCVS

I saw an obscure reference somewhere that says one can embed bugid in 
the commit message.  I'm interested in being able to group separate 
commits via the same bugid.  Is this something that can be done via 
commit message?  We primarily use WinCVS in our team (I can't even use 
toirtoiseCVS since it crashes my system) and WinCVS has no support for 
bugids so if one can put it right into the commit message as that 
reference suggests that would be really great.
